(a) Shipping and handling is FREE if you pay using Internet Banking Transfer.

10. When will my order arrive?
We will ship your order once we received your payment.
We will be using Singapore Post Mail to deliver all our orders and it will take approximately 2~3 working days to arrive.
11. How will the package look like?
The order will be packed in discreet plain envelop, with no indication of our company logo or name on the mailing label. In short, it will be packed such that nobody can tell what is inside.
The opening of the envelop will also be sealed with tape so that no one can tamper with it.
12. Will my identity be revealed to anybody?
Definitely not! We will never share our customers' particulars with third parties.
