Passion reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders and terminate accounts if any of the terms and conditions are not observed.

All product prices and postage fee stated in the website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Passion reserves the right to amend any pricing at any time without giving prior notice.

Our Service Standard

Passion shall respond to enquiries, feedback and orders within 2 working days. Local orders are sent to Singpost for processing and delivery within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment by customers. For Singpost delivery standards, please visit www.singpost.com.sg.

Exchange / Refund

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the products and hygiene reasons, exchange/ refund will not be considered or accepted.
